MR. APARTHEID LOCKS HIS DOORS RATHER THAN FACE THE MUSIC

Our Leviev Valentine’s event was yesterday – we shut him down again – they were supposedly closed for inventory (on a Saturday?). Again there were some crazies carrying on, screaming, grabbing someones phone and throwing it. The NYPD was there and refused to arrest him because the phone was still working. All of us ‘law & order types’ were chanting, “Arrest him!” but they didn’t. Of course if that was a Black kid he’d be at Sing-Sing by now or on a coroner’s gurney.

See the ugly face of zionism here …

NEWS AND ACTIONS THIS COMING WEEK IN HYPOCRISY LAND

The Israeli Knesset rejected a bill that calls for equality (after all all this must remain a state by and for Jews). And a video emerged of Israeli prime minister Netanyahu praising Israeli Fascist Group Im Tirtzu which believes in "Jewishness" of Palestine and acts and
supports to effect ethnic cleansing of native Palestinians in favor of European and other Jewish colonization. The Zionist leaders attacked Ban Ki Moon for mildly speaking about the need to end the occupation and let Palestinians live free. The heads of the EU misssions in
Jerusalem issued a report saying that Israel must respect human rights. They explained that 660 Palestinians are being held without charge or trial. They also mention Mohammad AlQeeq, a Palestinian Journalist on hunger strike for 70 days since his illegal detention.

Monsanto Exposed as Source for White Phosphorus Used in Gaza Massacre

By Justin Gardner

Monsanto has earned the dubious reputation of being one of the most hated companies in the world. Its grand proclamations of working to feed the world and help the environment have been exposed for a sham...

The chemical manufacturing side of Monsanto goes back a long way, most notably to Vietnam where Agent Orange was used to decimate vast swaths of tropical rainforest and poison countless Vietnamese civilians and soldiers, including American. The popular 2-4, D herbicide used today was an ingredient in Agent Orange.

But Monsanto’s role as a purveyor of deadly military chemicals goes even deeper...

Jewish West Bank settlers are as smug as white South Africans in 1980

The great South African black poet Dennis Brutus once told me an anecdote that summed up this smug view. Brutus, who passed on in 2009, was the man who encouraged me to go to southern Africa and see for myself. He had been imprisoned on Robben Island in the 1960s, alongside Nelson Mandela and other national leaders. “One day one of the white warders approached,” Brutus said in his mellifluous voice. “He said, ‘Brutus, you seem like an intelligent man — why do you fight against a system that you will never be able to change?’ He was a decent sort, so I answered, ‘And why do you think you will keep dominating us forever?’ He answered simply, ‘Because America will never stop supporting us.'”

The same self-confident attitude shines through in Weiss’s reports. The settlers are absolutely certain the Israeli government will never uproot them, and behind that is the unspoken conviction that the United States will never put significant pressure on Israel.

An Israeli pro-settlement company has been accused of forging acquisitions relating to more than a dozen real estate deals in the West Bank. A Channel 10 program alleged that 14 of 15 land deals police examined were fraudulent.

The Israeli authorities have been trying to clear illegal Jewish outposts from the Binyamin region of the West Bank. These include settlements such as Migron and Givat Asaf, which have proved to be flashpoints between pro-Israeli settlers and Palestinians.

An investigative report by Channel 10, as cited by Haaretz claimed that officials from Al-Watan, a company run by Zeev Hever, who has been a key figure in the Israeli settlement movement, were responsible for the forged deals.

Death Penalty: A State of Assassins !!

“Israel” is out of this debate, simply because it is so “democratic” and never committed such a punishment but once in 1962 against Eichmann, the Nazi. The human blood and life for “Israel” is so precious, specially the Jewish one as it never executed anyone from the “chosen people”, the beloved sons of God !!!

Can you believe this? I don’t, simply because I have witnessed the mass-killing Israel executing the whole people of Palestine. Inside “Israel” the conditions are perfect for the Jew “citizen” but in the occupied Territories, it is hell for the occupied natives !!! “We must use terror, assassination, intimidation, land confiscation, and the cutting of all social services to rid the Galilee of its Arab population.” David Ben-Gurion (the father of “Israel”), May 1948, to the General Staff. CLOSING YOUR EYES TO THE REALITY OF PALESTINE WON’T MAKE IT DISAPPEAR

As we prepare for our sixth year of protesting for the rights of Palestinians in Adelaide’s Rundle Mall we are reflecting on some new and disturbing behaviour from our detractors. Over the last 275 weeks we have had plenty of time and multiple opportunities to judge how various forms of Zionists and Christian Zionists comport themselves in public. Many of the behaviours appear to be counter-intuitive. It is well documented that a majority of Australians disapprove of Israel’s treatment of the Palestinians and believe that the Zionist Israeli government’s policies have a negative influence on world affairs. According to the BBC World Poll 2015 69% of Australians hold a negative view of Israel.

SUNDAY MATINEE ~~ PALESTINIAN ART OF STEADFASTNESS

After the 1948 ethnic cleansing of Palestine, what has become known as the Nakba, the theme of refugees — “hopeless, helpless and without homes” — dominated.

But, as veteran artist Sliman Mansour explains, after the emergence of the armed struggle in the 1960s, “Palestinian art became proud.”

“The Palestinian woman with her nice dress, flowing hair and long neck: the woman is a symbol of the revolution,” he says.

Jerusalem soon became a symbol for Palestine, and Mansour is perhaps best known for his painting of an elderly man carrying its walled Old City, with the Dome of the Rock as its crown jewel, on his back.

France to recognize Palestinian state if peace efforts fail: FM

French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius told a Friday gathering of foreign diplomats that Paris has a responsibility as a permanent member of the UN Security Council to keep up efforts to find a solution between Israel and Palestine.

"We cannot let the two-state solution disintegrate. It is our responsibility as a UN Security Council member and a power seeking peace," Fabius said.

He noted that France is planning to hold an international conference in the "coming weeks" to bring together the Israeli and Palestinian sides as well as the US and some European and Arab states.

If this last attempt at finding a solution ends in a deadlock, "we need to face our responsibilities by recognizing the Palestinian state," Fabius said.

Each and every US administration as well as the European governments has been complicit in the crimes committed by Israel. However, it is time for the rest of the world to wake up and end the illusion. The illusion that Israel has legitimacy, the illusion that Israel is somehow the answer to the holocaust and to anti-Semitism, and the illusion that some parts of Palestine are occupied while others are not. It’s time to call out loud and clear that all Israeli settlements everywhere are illegal and just as in the tale “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” the emperor had no clothes, Israel too has no legitimacy

Has Israel normalised its psychologically disoriented apartheid system?

The extreme militarization of any nation requires an enemy, or at least the concept of an enemy and in the presence of the ‘imaginary’ enemy, the healthy suspicious and cautious tendency develops into a full fledged delusion of national persecution, that tends to use tools that are beneath a democracy, the tools of a dictatorship and implemented apartheid . The article argues how Israel has normalised its disoriented concept of the “imagined enemy” to justify its apartheid regime and the on going oppression of the Palestinians.

France has threatened to recognize Palestine in the case of the failure of international negotiations

France intends in coming weeks to undertake efforts for the preparation of the conference to address the Palestinian-Israeli crisis, and in the case of failure of this meeting will recognize the Palestinian state, said the head of the French foreign Minister Laurent Fabius on Friday. "In the coming weeks, France will make démarches on preparations for the international conference. It should involve interested parties, and their partners, in particular American, European and Arabic", he said in a speech to French diplomats. "The goal will be the implementation of the principle solution based on the coexistence of two States (Israeli and Palestinian — Interfax)", — cite the words of Fabius European media. According to him, "if this last attempt to resolve the issue through negotiations would be blocked, we will have to act responsibly and to recognize a Palestinian state". The Minister criticized the continued construction of Israeli settlements in the Palestinian territories.

Hitler Youth nabbed: German police swoop on 90-something ex-SS Panzer war crimes suspects

Germany’s criminal police searched homes belonging to former soldiers of the 12th SS Panzer Division, including those of three suspects said to have taken part in a 1944 massacre in France that killed 86 men in a reprisal against the Resistance.

The searches took place all across Germany with the law enforcement officers going after former members of 12th SS Panzer Division Hitler Youth, including three main suspects living in Saxony and Lower Saxony, German media report.

The three men – all in their 90s – were charged with taking part in the so-called Ascq massacre that occurred on 1 April 1944 in the northern French village, several kilometers off the Belgian border. On that day, a train carrying SS soldiers from the 12th Panzer Division derailed after an explosion at the railroad.

Rule 1: Talk About Anything Political in Hollywood ... Except Gaza

As casualties mount in Gaza, an uncharacteristic reticence about the conflict has settled over high-level Hollywood. Cultural affinity and political support for Israel run deep in the entertainment industry, as they have since Israel's founding in 1948. It's commonplace for top executives to be on a first-name basis with prominent Israeli politicians and business leaders. As a consequence, the current Israeli incursion into Gaza, even with its civilian and child casualties, has not generated public debate among executive ranks. The celebrities and athletes who have expressed pro-Palestinian sentiments are being dismissed — for now at least — as "uninformed," an adjective expressed to THR by several top executives.

This uprising is about more than knives

Inevitably, the journalists left once a massive crackdown significantly reduced the number of deadly attacks against Israelis in the city. It is an all too familiar pattern for Palestinians, who know by now that it’s only “escalation” when there are dead or wounded Israelis. Deaths, injuries, arrests and home demolitions inflicted on Palestinians by Israel are deemed business as usual, not worthy of further inquiry.

Toronto film executive pulls support for York University film program over Israel mural

A Toronto film industry executive is pulling his company’s support for York University’s Cinema and Media Arts program due to a mural he said is “anti-Israel.”

“It made me sick to my stomach and very angry,” Paul Bronfman said this week when describing his initial reaction to learning of the portrait. “We live in an amazing city, an amazing country, and to have this happening under our noses is disgusting. It’s subtly anti-Semitic and anti-Israel. It’s anti-Canadian.”

The mural is currently displayed in the York University Student Centre. It shows a person looking at a bulldozer close to a building while holding rocks. The person is shown wearing what looks like a Palestinian flag with a map of Israel without its borders. At the bottom of the mural, the words “justice” and “peace” can be seen along with other text.

Ban Ki-moon, the United Nations Secretary General has been accused of “encouraging terror” by Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Speaking at the UN Security Council, Mr Ban said it was human nature for oppressed peoples to react to occupation, adding that a recent wave of attacks was driven by a "profound sense of alienation and despair" among some Palestinians.

"Palestinian frustration is growing under the weight of a half century of occupation and the paralysis of the peace process," he said. "As oppressed peoples have demonstrated throughout the ages, it is human nature to react to occupation, which often serves as a potent incubator of hate and extremism."

George Galloway explaining to a Jew that they have no right in Pales tine

Webmaster's Commentary:

This was George's rebuttal to a common claim made by supporters of Israel that the claimed events of the Holocaust somehow gave Britain the right to give Palestine to the Zionists.

This is, of course, the whole reason for the holocaust myth in the first place. At the end of WW2, the planners of Israel faced a major problem. The world had just united against Germany on the principle that one nation does not have a right to simply march into another nation and take it for their own use, which is exactly what the planners of Israel wanted to do to Palestine. Israel needed a propaganda weapon so powerful that all the world's nation that had sacrificed so much blood and treasure would be convinced that what Germany could not be allowed to do to Poland and France, Israel had to be allowed to do to Palestine. So using Jewish-controlled media, slave-labor facilities became death camps, delousing became gassing, shower rooms became gas chambers, deaths from typhus epidemics became extermination, and one of the greatest lies ever told was born.

UK's leading pro-Palestine campaign group blocks call to expel Israel from the UN (again)

There is ample reason for calling for Israel’s expulsion from the UN. It chimes very well with the ‘Sanctions’ element of Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS). And it is a good fit with the sort of measures that, in the ‘Call to Action’ by the BDS Movement, should be maintained until Israel meets its obligation to recognize the Palestinian people’s inalienable right to self-determination and fully complies with the precepts of international law

Netanyahu seeks to return Israeli army-evicted settlers to West Bank houses

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday he would allow Jewish settlers evicted by the Israeli army from two houses in the West Bank city of Hebron to return once proper permits were in place.

Israeli settlements in occupied territory, deemed illegal by most countries, are a fundamental issue in the stalled Israeli-Palestinian peace process and a factor behind a recent wave of Palestinian stabbing attacks on Israelis.

About 80 settlers were removed from Hebron on Friday a day after Defence Minister Moshe Yaalon withheld his required approval of their occupancy in apartments in a city where tensions between Israelis and Palestinians run high.

Mossad-linked group’s case against US trade union thrown out

The National Labor Relations Board has dismissed a case brought by a Mossad-linked Israeli group against a US trade union over its support for Palestinian rights.

In August 2015, the United Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers of America – known as UE – voted to back the Palestinian call for boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) on Israel.

In October, Shurat HaDin filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board, the statutory body that enforces US trade union laws, to try to force UE to abandon its decision.

The complaint alleged that UE’s resolution violated the prohibition in US labor law against secondary boycotts.

Shurat HaDin is an Israeli organization that acts as a proxy for Israel’s Mossad spying and assassination agency. It uses legal cases to harass supporters of Palestinian rights, a strategy known as lawfare.

Netanyahu aide calls US ambassador ‘little Jew boy’ in escalating controversy

The US State Department has moved to back America’s ambassador to Israel in a febrile and escalating row over his remarks on Monday that Israel applied law in the occupied West Bank differently to Palestinians and Israelis.

Ambassador Daniel Shapiro’s unusually critical comments drew harsh criticism from ministers in Israel’s rightwing government – including from Israeli prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu.

Shapiro was also publicly lambasted on Israeli television on Tuesday by a former aide to Netanyahu who used the deeply offensive Hebrew word yehudon – which translates as “little Jew boy” – to disparage the ambassador. The term is used by rightwing Israelis against other Jews – particularly against those in the diaspora – whom they regard as not being Jewish or pro-Israel enough.

Some Bad Ass History:Saladin!

Salah al-Din Yusuf ibn Ayyub was born in the small town of Tikrit to Kurdish Muslim parents in the year 1137 CE. He would become one of the most influential and admired military leaders in medieval history; loved by his people and respected by his enemies for years to come.

Now Salah al-Din was renowned throughout the world for his ability to not be a dick to people. So when he took over the vast Arab territories, the Christian knight commander Raynald of Chatillon decided it would be cool to fuck with him and try to provoke him into a fight.

Finally, Salah al-Din was like, "OK seriously, fuck this guy." and he set out to kick the ass of Raynald of Chatillon.

Salah al-Din sold all the captured knights back to their families for hefty ransoms except for Raynald, who was executed because he had been both a total bitch and a pain in the ass.

Uri Avnery on The Widening Gap

The background of this affair concerns the very foundation of the Israel-Palestine conflict.

Since the Six-day War of 1967, Israel has been occupying, among other territories, the area called by the Arabs, many Israelis and most of the rest of the world "the West Bank" (of the Jordan river) and by the Israeli government and right-wing Israelis "Judea and Samaria", their Biblical appellation.

Almost since the beginning of the occupation, the Israeli right-wing has been making strenuous efforts to "settle the land" – putting up Jewish settlements, towns, villages and small "outposts" all over the place.

To whom do the lands, on which the settlements are built, officially belong?
