What Would You Name the New Washington State Ferry?

I hope it is appropriate to post this here. I feel that the ferry should be named: the 'John T. Williams.' Mr. Williams was the Native American woodcarver who was gunned-down in cold blood by Seattle Police officer, Ian Birk on August 30, 2010. I feel that he meets the nomination requirements and deserves it.

The Leninist in the White House — Paul Craig Roberts

snip: In the 21st century the US government has echoed Lenin. No laws, domestic or international, restrain the US from torture. Laws do not prevent the US from attacking sovereign countries or from conducting military operations within the borders of sovereign countries. Constitutional protections and due process do not prevent the US from detaining citizens indefinitely or from murdering them on suspicion or accusation alone.

How big telecom smothers city-run broadband

But a 1999 Tennessee law prohibits cities that operate their own Internet networks from providing access outside the boundaries where they provide electrical service. Bowling wanted to change that and introduced a bill in February that would allow them to expand.

Enlarge / State Sen. Janice Bowling, a Republican from Tullahoma, Tennessee, says she was surprised by AT&T’s adversarial reaction to her bill to allow cities to expand their broadband networks.

Allan Holmes/Center for Public Integrity

She viewed the network, which offers Tullahoma residents speeds about 80 times faster than AT&T and 10 times faster than Charter (according to advertised services), as a utility, like electricity, that all Tennesseans need.

State Department to hike renunciation fees to US$2,350; says “no public benefit” in respecting human right to change nationality

Confirming reports passed on by commenters at the Isaac Brock Society, DiploPundit points to a State Department interim rule just placed on public inspection for printing in tomorrow’s Federal Register, which raises the fee for renunciation of U.S. citizenship (but apparently not relinquishment) to US$2,350, more than twenty times the average level in other high-income countries. As they state:

[D]emand for the service has increased dramatically, consuming far more consular officer time and resources, as reflected in the 2012 Overseas Time Survey and increased workload data. Because the Department believes there is no public benefit or other reason for setting this fee below cost, the Department is increasing this fee to reflect the full cost of providing the service. Therefore the increased fee reflects both the increased cost of the provision of service as well as the determination to now charge the full cost.

Israel lobby eliminates another critic

The United States, wallowing in arrogance and hubris, pretends to be “the world’s sole superpower,” the “exceptional and indispensable nation” chosen by history to exercise hegemony over the world.

In truth, the US is the two-bit punk puppet of the Israel Lobby. If the Zionist government orders Washington to eat dog excrement, Washington eats it.

Not even the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the US Military could get the facts acknowledged that Israel’s attack on the USS Liberty in 1967, which made casualties of most of the crew, was not a “mistake,” but the intentional act of destruction of a US Navy vessel and its crew.

Not even state universities in the hinterlands of America are independent of the Israel Lobby, which can determine tenure and hiring decisions independently of the decisions of faculty and deans.

CDC scientific fraud: an update on Dr. Poul Thorsen who authored fraudulent study 'disproving' vaccine-autism connection and stole millions of dollars

The very legitimacy of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a trustworthy safeguard of public health hangs in the balance as evidence continues to emerge about rampant deception, fraud and even money laundering within the agency. Specifically with regard to vaccines and autism, key players involved in the propaganda campaign to deny this link are now being exposed as liars working on behalf of the vaccine industry.

One such liar is Dr. Poul Thorsen, a Danish scientist who was indicted for stealing millions of dollars from the CDC and using it to cover up vaccine dangers. Thorsen, as you may recall, was heavily involved in producing a stream of fraudulent studies that supposedly "disproved" the now-evident link between vaccines and autism. The CDC has also continually cited Thorsen's studies as "evidence" that vaccines are safe, declaring the debate to be over in light of their findings.

Column: Local government funds vacationing in Israel

Congratulations to Ohio Treasurer Josh Mandel for further instilling the AIPACer ideology in Ohio government. Now, Ohio municipal and school administrators will quit complaining about the cessation of state funding.

The cessation of local funding has created surpluses in the Ohio treasury. Consequently, Mandel has increased transfers of Ohio money to Israel. The 2013 transfers amount to $26 million; the 2014 transfers exceed $48 million. Ohio holds $109 million of Israeli bonds which have a significant default risk. Ohio administrators should now be placated, with the knowledge that their lost revenue has gone to Israel, our allied theocracy.

In an Aug. 8 Washington Times advertisement for Israeli bonds, Mandel adroitly explains why Ohio is holding the $109 million of Israeli bonds. Cynics may question why Mandel is promoting investment in Israel instead of investment in Ohio. For Mandel, that question is unfair, since it goes to the essence of his AIPAC ideology

This process, called inversion, has been occurring more and more often, despite the fascistic suggestion by President Obama that headquartering outside the United States represents a betrayal of God and country. Members of the Obama administration have taken to labeling business inversions a lack of “economic patriotism” – presumably under the assumption that to stay in America, cut jobs, and lose all profits in order to pay higher taxes represents a sort of higher moral value than moving one’s headquarters and continuing to pay millions of workers and reward consumers with better and cheaper products.

Watch: A brief explanation of Libya’s demise

For the casual observer, the crisis in Libya has spun beyond comprehension.

Gone is the simple dichotomy of Muammar Gaddafi versus “the revolutionaries”.

Nor do the equally binary “Islamist versus secularist” or “liberal versus conservative” models fully apply in Libya where there are no “seculars” or real liberals to speak of.

Instead, what we have is numerous factions with different international and domestic connections, varying goals and competing interests. It is a complex picture of Islamists, organised crime, ultra-conservatives and traditionalists.

The video, reproduced courtesy of Middle East Eye, outlines briefly the political turmoil that has wracked Libya since the overthrow of Gaddafi in 2011 and culminated in the seizure and destruction of Tripoli airport by Islamist militias on 23 August 2014.

The attorney representing the family of Victor White III -- a 22-year-old man who authorities claim shot and killed himself while locked in a patrol car with his hands cuffed behind him -- says police are not only responsible for his death but launched a cover-up immediately afterwards.

Florida Police Chief Defends Cops’ Aggressive, Violent and Life-Threatening Reaction Against Men Video Recording them

Boynton Beach Police Chief Jeffrey Katz defended the aggressive reaction of his officers in a Youtube video Tuesday, claiming the men in the car were “escalating” the situation by “recording the interaction,” causing one of the officers to fear for his life when a man “reached out of his window with a black object in his hand,” which was nothing more than a camera phone trying to record the cop’s name tag after he refused to provide it.

That cop slapped the phone out of his hand, then yanked the man out of the car, throwing him facedown on the grass while another cop with his gun drawn comes charging towards the other men, threatening to shoot one of them for who knows what.

“I’ll put a round in your ass so quick,” the cop said, even though none of the men in the car were doing anything more than being assertive about their rights, even if they were doing it in a profane manner, which is protected by the First Amendment.

‘The Chinafication of America’: Reaction to Obama Bypassing the Senate with UN Climate Treaty: ‘Obama is taking a page from China’s government’

New York Times: ‘U.S. seeking climate deal that would skirt Senate’: 'Under the Constitution, a president may enter into a legally binding treaty only if it is approved by a two-thirds majority of the Senate. To sidestep that requirement, President Obama’s climate negotiators are devising what they call a “politically binding” deal that would “name and shame” countries into cutting their emissions...American negotiators are instead homing in on a hybrid agreement — a proposal to blend legally binding conditions from an existing 1992 treaty with new voluntary pledges. The mix would create a deal that would update the treaty, and thus, negotiators say, not require a new vote of ratification.’

Cambridge Mace's Lane Middle School Teacher on Administrative Leave

He's a man with many names, and the books he has written have raised the concerns of the Dorchester County Board of Education and the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office.

Video shows police shot Ohio man ‘on sight’ as he leaned on toy gun in Walmart, attorney says

John Crawford III died Aug. 5 after police were called to Walmart in Beavercreek, near Dayton, by another shopper who reported a man carrying what appeared to be an AR-15 rifle.

The 22-year-old Crawford was instead carrying an unpackaged MK-177 (.177 caliber) BB/pellet rifle he picked up in the store’s toy department.

Police claim Crawford ignored their commands to drop the weapon, and the former Marine who called in the report and witnessed the shooting said Crawford “looked like he was going to go violently.” But attorney Michael Wright said surveillance video from the incident, which Ohio’s attorney general allowed him to watch with Crawford’s family, contradicted those accounts.
“John was doing nothing wrong in Walmart, nothing more, nothing less than shopping,” Wright said.

Tanks on the Streets? Police Required to Use Military Equipment within a Year or Return It

The militarization of America’s police forces has been the result of federal policy that not only provides the means to give men-in-blue the same tools as combat soldiers, but in fact requires law enforcement to “use it or lose it” when it comes to military equipment.

Specifically, the Department of Defense’s 1033 program—which funnels all kinds of military surplus goods to police—has a provision that clearly says that any participating law enforcement agency must use its equipment within one year of receiving it. If they don’t, they have to give it up.

Guns, bombs and weapons can all be snuck past TSA agents, even while they ogle at naked images of passengers

Teflon tape, molded plastic explosives and hidden handguns were all used in concealment techniques and tricks that enabled a group of researchers to hide banned and dangerous weapons and substances from Rapiscan Secure 1000 machines previously used at Transportation Security Administration airport checkpoints, and which are currently used at courthouses, prisons and other government buildings.

Researchers from the University of California, San Diego, the University of Michigan and Johns Hopkins University were able to maneuver weapons past the full-body X-ray scanners once used at security checkpoints in airports between 2009 and 2013, installed and maintained at a cost of about $1 billion.

"Frankly, we were shocked by what we found," said J. Alex Halderman, a professor of computer science at the University of Michigan, in a statement. "A clever attacker can smuggle contraband past the machines using surprisingly low-tech techniques."

Will Republicans Block Action On Corporations Abandoning The U.S.?

There is legislation before Congress to do something about corporations renouncing their US "citizenship." The odds are that Republicans will block it -- and not just because they have obstructed everything else.

There is a wave of news about corporations using a technicality called an "inversion" to renounce their US "citizenship." An inversion is when a US company buys or merges with a non-US company, and then pretends it is no longer a US company. Today it's Burger King. Not long ago it was Walgreens.

Bankers Suck Lifeblood from Argentina

If they succeed in their piratical efforts, these plutocratic poobahs will almost certainly cause the total collapse of the struggling Argentine economy, creating rampant poverty, joblessness and chaos. Already in 2006, commentator Adrian Salbuchi, at Canada’s Global Research website, likened this to “financial genocide and terrorism.”

Ask any human rights organization where they stand on chopping off people’s heads and they’ll probably say such actions constitute a violation of human rights. And yet, one nation that does a lot of beheadings is on the United Nations’ Human Rights Council. Lately, in fact, Saudi Arabia can’t seem to get enough beheadings. Its government has executed at least 19 people using this method since August 4, according to Human Rights Watch (HRW).

Bill Passes Allowing Police To Shut Off ALL Cell Phones … Remotely

Police and others would have the ability to shut off cell phones anytime they wanted under a bill passed by California’s state legislature, privacy experts say.

Senate Bill (SB) 962 would require manufacturers to add a “kill switch” to cell phones that would let authorities turn the device off remotely. The stated goal of the bill is to allow owners of smartphones to “kill” their phone if it’s stolen, but privacy experts say the bill’s language could be twisted. Additional language was needed, they add.

“If you give law enforcement a tool that can be abused, you’ll have an instance of asking for forgiveness rather than permission,” Jack Laperruque, an expert on privacy at the Center for Democracy and Technology, told The Hill. Laperruque believes authorities could use the kill switch to shut down communications during protests or incidents of civil unrest such as the riots in Ferguson, Missouri.

4 Weird Decisions That Have Made Modern Cops Terrifying

In real life, a huge chunk of Americans have no trust for the police force, for reasons which should be obvious to anyone who’s paying attention to the news right now. And while the authors of this article can’t pretend to understand what it’s like to be targeted by the police, or to be a police officer, we do understand how hype works. And myth. And our.... mass media. And we think that the myth of the police officer — the the things we, as citizens, immediately assume upon seeing someone in uniform — has gotten pretty rotten. Because …

They try to taser him into submission, but the taser charges his batteries, and he breaks free of their aggressions.

Michelle O Security Detail Shuts Down Journalists — For HER WALK?

Our producer and cameraman were surrounded by Secret Service agents and very strongly advised to stop filming. Feds: Cost of Healthcare.gov Estimated $1.7 Billion

The federal government issued sixty contracts from 2009 to 2014 in efforts to build Healthcare.gov, the federal insurance marketplace. According to a report issued today by the inspector general (OIG) of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the government had already paid out just under half a billion dollars by February 2014, five months after the beginning of open enrollment. The government is already under obligation for another $300 million, and the estimated value of the sixty contracts totals $1.7 billion. The OIG provided a summary of its findings:

Man, 32, is left with brain damage after 'being attacked by gang of 20 black men' in parking lot after being told Waffle House 'wasn't safe for white people after Ferguson'

A West Point man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries after he and a friend were attacked by a group of around 20 people in a Huddle House parking lot, police said, potentially as retaliation for Michael Brown's killing.

Ralph Weems IV, who is white, was injured early Saturday but is now in fair condition at North Mississippi Medical Center, hospital spokeswoman Genie Causey said.

A relative, Bradley Barnes of Madison, told The Associated Press by telephone on Sunday that his brother-in-law was in a medically induced coma following brain surgery.

'They're going to try and wake him up tomorrow and see what damage was done,' Barnes said, describing Weems as a 32-year-old former Marine who had served in Iraq.

Federal Judge: Kauai's GMO Law Is Invalid

A Kauai County law requiring companies to disclose their use of pesticides and genetically modified crops is invalid, a federal judge ruled Monday.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Barry Kurren ruled in favor of four seed companies seeking to stop Kauai's new law from going into effect in October.

Syngenta Seeds, DuPont Pioneer, Agrigenetics Inc., doing business as Dow AgroSciences, and BASF Plant Sciences sued for a permanent injunction, arguing the ordinance unfairly targets their industry.

Kurren's ruling agrees that the ordinance is pre-empted by state law. The judge's ruling stops the county from enforcing the ordinance.

The police are WRONG: Watching YouTube videos is NOT illegal

I favour an alternative explanation: that the British police now truly believe they have the right to state that something's illegal even when that's not the case: "So what if it's not against the law, you shouldn't be doing it anyway." This attitude of "we know best, to hell with laws and rules" trickles down from the very top of government. Look at how Theresa May rushed new laws through Parliament to legalise indiscriminate mass surveillance by GCHQ and others after the EU declared it was unlawful.

Shopping Mall Terror to Control the West?

(Don’t forget – CIA created al Qaeda). Well several sources in the alternative media have reported in detail that Kenya was a beta test for a very serious mall-attack-plan in the US.

Now this sounds fanciful. Does it?

Top general: Islamic State extremists will ‘soon’ pose a threat to the United States

The US military’s top general believes Islamic State extremists will “soon” pose a threat to America and Europe and that an international coalition will be needed to confront it, his spokesman said Monday.

US commanders are preparing possible “options” to counter IS jihadists both in Iraq as well as Syria, according to General Martin Dempsey’s spokesman, Colonel Ed Thomas.

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel adopted a more strident tone last week at a Pentagon news conference, suggesting the IS militants presented a dire threat that surpassed the danger posed by the Al-Qaeda network.

But Pentagon officials insisted Hagel and Dempsey shared the same views on the IS.

Dempsey “believes that ISIS (Islamic State) is a regional threat that will soon become a threat to the United States and Europe,” Thomas said in a statement.

“He (Dempsey) believes that ISIS must be pressured both in Iraq and in Syria,” he added.

Webmaster's Commentary:

A memo to Defense Secretary Hagel and General Dempsey: could you possibly telegraph anymore loudly that some elements in this country are gearing up for another false flag, upon which to justify yet more war against....whoever the next target is supposed to be, to prevent the collapse of the US dollar?

Gentlemen, I would strongly suggest to you that IF there is another false flag in this country, skeptical, war-weary Americans will have no stomach for it whatsoever.

Iraq has cratered; Afghanistan is cratering, and Libya has cratered, not to mention other military interventions we're not supposed to know about (like the humanitarian catastrophe in Yemen.)

And if such an even happens, it will demonstrate, incontrovertibly, that everything this country's military and security agencies have done to prevent it have been absolutely, thoroughly, useless and irrelevant!!

And that, gentlemen,is when the American people will wake up, and get angry.

CNN has been aggressively monitoring its own website to commit content suppression actions as rapidly as possible, making sure any truthful reporting about the CDC, MMR vaccines and autism gets deleted as quickly as possible.

Oklahoma City bombing: Claims of second accomplice and FBI intimidation

According to the Salt Lake Tribune, US District Judge Clark Waddoups scheduled a November 13th hearing on the matter, in which Utah attorney Jesse Trentadue accused the FBI of threatening to eliminate a former undercover agent’s health benefits if he took the stand. The former agent reportedly knew convicted bomber Timothy McVeigh.

The core of the issue is that Trentadue claims the FBI has surveillance video revealing McVeigh carrying out the Oklahoma City bombing with an accomplice. The FBI adamantly denies that such video exists, and the government has insisted repeatedly that McVeigh acted alone in the event that killed 168 people.

The witness involved in this whole situation, John Matthews, was scheduled to testify regarding this alleged video in July, but withdrew at the last minute. Trentadue – as well as a freelance journalist named Roger Charles – stated that when he spoke with Matthews about his absence, the former agent told them the FBI threatened him.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Like its other associated agencies, the FBI no longer has any credibility whatsoever.

Central Nevada Ranchers Fighting BLM Over Grazing Rights

In May the Bureau of Land Management relented and announced it had come to a year-long deal with ranchers on the Argenta allotment on Mount Lewis in the Battle Mountain District to allow grazing. The BLM reneged.

“We must remove the cattle from our summer grazing country on the mountain, where there is ample feed and adequate water, to the flat, where there is very little of either,” rancher Pete Tomera told the Elko Daily Free Press.

Bob Schweigert of Intermountain Range Consultants in Winnemucca says ranchers had to sign new grazing agreements with the BLM in May and the BLM is violating terms of those agreements.

NSA built “Google-like” interface to scan 850+ billion metadata records

According to newly published documents, the National Security Agency has built a “Google-like” search interface for its vast database of metadata, and the agency shares it with dozens of other American intelligence agencies. The new documents are part of the Snowden leaks and were first published on Monday by The Intercept.

The new search tool, called ICREACH, is described in an internal NSA presentation as a “large scale expansion of communications metadata shared with [intelligence community] partners.” That same presentation shows that ICREACH has been operational since the pilot launched in May 2007. Not only is data being shared to more agencies, but there are more types of such data being shared—ICREACH searches over 850 billion records.

New data types being shared include IMEI numbers (a unique identifier on each mobile handset), IMSI (another unique identifier for SIM cards), GPS coordinates, e-mail address, and chat handles, among others.

The increasing use of military equipment by local police is a symptom of growing authoritarianism, not the cause. The cause is policies that encourage police to see Americans as enemies to subjugate, rather than as citizens to “protect and serve.” This attitude is on display not only in Ferguson, but in the police lockdown following the Boston Marathon bombing and in the Americans killed and injured in “no-knock” raids conducted by militarized SWAT teams.

VIRTUAL 9-11: Will the US & Israel Hack The US Banking System Computers and Falsely Blame It On Iran (or Syria or Russia or China)?

So what it looks like is being planned, and pre-sold to the American people with all these stories about celebrities' personal information being hacked and made public (an activity that produces no profit for the hackers other than news headlines), and the "Syrian" (nudge nudge wink wink) hack of the AP Twitter feed that shocked the US stock market, is that the US Government will itself take down the US financial computers, and blame it on Iran /Russia/ China/Al Qaeda/Syria/Arabs and others to be named as convenient. This gets Wall Street and Washington DC off the hook, because now the financial melt-down is an act of war, rather than the result of decades of Wall Street crime and corruption and the predations of Private Central Banks. Palestinian-American teen denied access to Israel's airport (to go back to the USA)

Dina Shehadeh, 17, was about to begin her senior year of high school in Ohio where she was born and raised. But two weeks ago, after spending the summer with her extended family in the West Bank, she was separated from her mother and detained inside of Ben Gurion airport near Tel Aviv. Israeli security then told Dina that she was not allowed to leave the country—at least not through the airport.

While detained on the night of June 13, 2014 when she was scheduled to fly on El Al flight 1, Dina learned to her surprise that Israeli security no longer considered her an American citizen with American travel privileges. The Palestinian identification card her family filed for her the year before, a registry requirement for children of West Bank Palestinian ID holders, erases her rights as a U.S. citizen.

The Old World Order

The immediate and obvious point to make here is that readers should/must immediately become deeply suspicious any time we are bombarded with a label which contains the word “new”. Implicit in every such label (by definition) is the concept that “this time it’s different”, because if it wasn’t different it wouldn’t be “new”.

“This time it’s different” is a cliché in Western societies. But it’s not revered as an aphorism of wisdom. Rather, it is scorned as the mantra of idiots. This same point was made in a previous commentary which debunked and rejected the ludicrous propaganda euphemism: “The New Normal”. The same analysis applies to both propaganda lies.

WHAT IF THERE IS A 'BANG' INSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Most people, myself included, are of the opinion that such an event will be another fake terror attack, like 9-11, to be blamed on the target of the pending invasion but actually carried out by the US and Israel. According to a recent poll, a majority of Americans hold that view of 9-11 itself. After the lie about stolen incubators that tricked us into the first invasion of Iraq and the lie Saddam's nuclear weapons that tricked us into the second invasion of Iraq, prudence demands we expect more of the same from our "leaders."

But for the hard core true believers, the men and women so scared of the US Government that they will not even allow the merest hint of doubt or question to enter their minds, lest their souls be eternally damned, the ones so wrapped in the flag that all the blood to their brains has been cut off, I will tell you what another big "bang" inside the US is likely to mean to them.

A big "bang" means the Department of Homeland Security is a total failure.

The Pentagon’s Strategy for World Domination: Full Spectrum Dominance, from Asia to Africa

Just as we have seen the balkanization of Yugoslavia, Libya, and Iraq by US-NATO it appears that the same strategy has been developed for Russia. With NATO’s continuing military encirclement of Russia the plan appears to be to draw Moscow into a military quagmire in Ukraine that will weaken that nation. The Rand Corporation has studies that call for the break-up of Russia into many smaller pieces thus giving western corporations better access to the vast resource base available there.

The recent announcement by BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) that they have created a $100 billion international development bank to rival the IMF and World Bank has angered western corporate controlled governments who don’t want any challenge to their management of the global economy. Directly after the BRICS announcement we witnessed an escalation of the US-NATO funded and directed civil war in Ukraine.

Abolish the TSA

Recently, there has been a public backlash against new airport screening procedures. Passengers rightfully object to scanners that reveal their naked bodies, and to enhanced pat-downs that would be considered sexual assault anywhere else.

John Tyner summed up this backlash perfectly: "Don't touch my junk!"

We object to these new procedures. They are just the latest symptoms of a series indignities imposed upon us since 9/11, such as . . .

Being forced to remove belts and shoes when screened
Seeing toothpaste and nail clippers confiscated

The underlying, absurd logic is that if you intend to board an airplane, you sacrifice your Fourth Amendment rights against unreasonable searches and seizures. The right to travel—as fundamental a right as there is in a free society—has been turned on its head.

---

Even when the TSA tries to be helpful, it humiliates us. For instance, the TSA's PreCheck program is designed to speed people through security checkpoints.

Finally, a little-known aspect of the crisis in Ukraine is receiving some international attention. On July 28, the California-based Oakland Institute released a report revealing that the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), under terms of their $17 billion loan to Ukraine, would open that country to genetically-modified (GM) crops and genetically-modified organisms (GMOs) in agriculture. The report is entitled “Walking on the West Side: the World Bank and the IMF in the Ukraine Conflict.” [1]

In late 2013, the then president of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, rejected a European Union association agreement tied to the $17 billion IMF loan, whose terms are only now being revealed. Instead, Yanukovych chose a Russian aid package worth $15 billion plus a discount on Russian natural gas. Federal Law Ordering US Attorney General To Gather Data On Police Excessive Force Has Been Ignored For 20 Years

Are police officers getting worse or is this apparent increase in excessive force nothing more than a reflection of the increase in unofficial documentation (read: cameras) and public scrutiny? What we do know is that as crime has gone down, police forces have escalated their acquisitions of military gear and weapons. With options for lethal and less-lethal force continually expanding, it seems that deployment of force in excess of what the situation requires has become the new normal, but it's tough to find hard data that backs up these impressions.

Quasi-Governmental Psyops deployed to Steal our Future

Ever wonder how American Defense Policy is made which keeps leading America into illegal, Unconstitutional, unprovoked, undeclared perpetual Wars?

In this article you will be informed how Quasi-Governmental Top Policy-Makers use sophisticated Psyops to Mind-Kontrol and deceive Americans into supporting these crimes against humanity which they would never otherwise support.

It’s high time Americans learn how sophisticated quasi-governmental Think-Tanks and Defense Policy Boards (TTs/DPBs) steal their future by creating sophisticated Psyops and disseminating them through the Controlled Major Mass Media (CMMM).

It is important to realize that the 9/11/01 nuclear attack on America was imagined, created, woven into a major Psyop against the American Masses in secret, closed meetings in one of these TTs/DPBs and this Psyop was designed to create a huge lie designed to sucker America into another illegal Mideast war.

UN ‘leaders’ as corrupt as US/UK/Israel: We the People must demand arrests or suffer endless war

*hyperlinks live at source*
United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s official statements about Israel’s most recent armed attack upon Gaza are Orwellian lies of omission because they fail to uphold the one and only legal authority of the UN: to stop Wars of Aggression.

Allowing “developed nations” to have unlawful wars is consistent with UN history. A recent example is Secretary-General Kofi Annan’s silence for 18 months over the US/UK’s armed attacks and invasion of Iraq in official statements, to finally admit in 2004 when directly asked if that war is illegal:

“Yes, if you wish. I have indicated it was not in conformity with the UN Charter. From our point of view and from the Charter point of view it was illegal.”

Local law enforcement has stockpile of military surplus

After the shooting of an unarmed young man two weeks ago in Ferguson, Mo., jarring images showed protesters and rioters facing police equipped with military-style weaponry.

Those visuals were made possible at least in part by the Defense Department's 1033 program, which distributes surplus military equipment to police departments across the nation - including in Hampton Roads.

False Flag - The Movie!

Webmaster's Commentary:

Click for larger image

I wish this were only humor, but right now we are seeing a repeat of the year 2001, where for months the corporate media promoted the idea of Al Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden as Uber Villains we were supposed to be afraid of, because they were coming to get us unless we got them first. So intense was the obvious advertising to promote the Osama "brand" that I wrote an article over at Free Republic in August of 2001 suggesting some grand deception was being planned centered on Osama, mere weeks before 9-11.

ISIS is starting to look like a repeat of that same propaganda strategy. ISIS, originally (if not still) a creation of the US and Israel, is being heavily promoted to us as the new replacement for Al Qaeda, the boogie man we are all supposed to be afraid of and blame when a loud "bang" happens. Apparently the US Government is totally convinced that We The People do not remember the fraud of 9-11, stolen Kuwaiti incubators, or Saddam's nukes, or Assad's gas, and think they can pull another fast one to get their war wagon back on track. But at this point, given that many of the ISIS video threats have already been exposed as hoaxes, together with the pathetic selfie with the ISIS flag in front of the White House, and the lame beheading video, we are being told that because of the wide open border with Mexico, ISIS is already here inside the United States, preparing to do something nasty, with the implication that they will be aided and supplied by the long list of nations the US wants to send your children off to invade! James Inhofe is making the rounds claiming that ISIS will blow up a US city, and Drudge is claiming Chicago will be the target!

Bitter foes expect Kiwis to lose all cash

Two bitter enemies who fought over a multimillion-dollar distressed Australian mortgage fund now agree on one thing: they expect New Zealand investors to lose all their money.

Just under 3000 New Zealanders had about $140 million in the LM First Mortgage Income Fund (FMIF) in 2009 when it was frozen.

Now, some 18 months after LM's directors called in administrators, both LM's Kiwi founder, Peter Drake, and David Jansen, from fund manager Trilogy, which tried and failed to take over FMIF, believe the return to investors could be zero.

Court-appointed receiver BDO's most recent forecast return on August 4 was that investors would get just A15c a unit.

Jansen had a more gloomy forecast.

"The recovery is going to be zero," he said. "The BDO guys are saying maybe 18 cents in the dollar, but that's not projecting forwards and does not reflect either their fees and the legal fees that will have to be paid."

AFP EXCLUSIVE: U.S.-Israeli Plot to Kidnap Edward Snowden Foiled

A plot by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Israel’s Mossad to kidnap National Security Agency (NSA) whistleblower Edward Snowden was foiled by agents of Russia’s intelligence agency, the Federal Security Service (FSB).

The plan was to abduct Snowden in Moscow where he was hiding out and spirit him across the Russian border to Turkey, a North Atlantic Treaty Organization member, where a plane would be waiting to transport him for interrogation to Diego Garcia, the Indian Ocean military base where terrorism suspects have been held secretly in recent years.

According to an FSB officer, who agreed to speak to this writer off the record to protect his identity, the plot unraveled at the start of October 2013, two months after Snowden had been granted a temporary Russian asylum permit. On August 7, Snowden’s permit was extended for another three years.

Our Return to Feudalism

In colonial America, feudalism began as an extension of the English manorial system. In addition to the Puritans and the Protestants, who came from England to the New World seeking religious freedom, some early colonists came to expand their estates by establishing feudal domains. While the Puritans and the Protestants established colonies in New England, the Anglicans established the proprietary colonies of Maryland, the Carolinas, and Delaware, and the Dutch brought similar systems to New Amsterdam (later New York) and New Jersey. Similar systems came to the Americas in the seigneurial system of New France (Canada) and the encomienda system of the Spanish colonies of Latin America

Speed cameras issued thousands of bogus tickets in Long Island

Nassau County of New York is forgiving thousands of speeding tickets issued this summer from malfunctioning speed cameras, totaling about $2.4 million in fines.

The Long Island county executive, Edward Mangano, said cameras from Arizona-based American Traffic Solutions near six schools were unreliable and issued tickets even when school was not in session. Traffic speeds are reduced dramatically during school hours.

"I don't have a high confidence level that the cameras were operating at statutory levels," Mangano told Newsday Friday. "So we are declaring amnesty with all tickets issued this summer."

People who have already paid the $80 ticket fine will receive a refund and all 30,000-plus tickets will be dismissed, Mangano said.

The development highlights that automated traffic ticketing isn't always up to speed.
