Chuck Schumer Lies to Jews at AIPAC About Trump, Neo-Nazis, Kevin McCarthy

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) lied to thousands of people at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) annual policy conference on Monday, telling them in a speech that President Donald Trump had referred to neo-Nazis in Charlottesville, Virginia, as “very fine people” when the president had never done so.
The audience at AIPAC was predominantly Jewish, magnifying the impact and importance of the lie.

Chuck Schumer is doing whatever it takes to turn The Republic against itself.

Why Democrats Hear a Secret Racist Dog Whistle and Republicans Don’t

One of the biggest misconceptions about Trump supporters is that they see President Trump the same way his critics see him, and yet they like him anyway. The implication of that belief is that all Trump supporters are racists because they damn-well-know they support a leader who is one. Hardly a day goes by without some stranger on Twitter telling me in ominous tones that I will someday pay dearly for being a racist “apologist.” They assume I see President Trump the same way they see him.

US backs Israel’s ‘sovereignty’ over Golan Heights, proving sovereignty is not something it respects

The US’s “recognition” of the Golan Heights as Israeli territory is brazen – but it’s no surprise. Washington itself violates the sovereignty of other countries with such regularity that it barely even raises eyebrows anymore.

US President Donald Trump signed a declaration on Monday recognizing Israeli “sovereignty” over the disputed, strategically important and (surprise!) resource-rich region. In a joint press conference with Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the declaration “historic justice.”

Back in reality, the Golan Heights is recognized as Syrian territory in international law, having been seized by Israel in a land grab during the Six-Day War in 1967 and later officially annexed in a 1981 Israeli law.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Are you surprised? Look at all the nations whose sovereignty is being violated with US' wars and regime change!

Trump’s Golan Heights recognition is a ‘move towards further isolation’ for the US

The US move to recognize the Israeli claim to the occupied Golan Heights will unlikely result in legal repercussions for Washington, but will further set it apart from the rest of the international community, analysts told RT.

US President Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Israeli sovereignty over the territory of the Golan Heights, seized by Israel from Syria during the Six-Day War of 1967 and formally annexed by the Jewish state in 1981, has drawn condemnation from the UN, the Arab League, Russia and Turkey.

'Investigate the investigators!' Republicans go on offense targeting Jim Comey, Loretta Lynch, James Clapper and other Russiagate names

As the dust settled Monday on the Mueller probe's final curtain-closing, Republicans in Washington swung from defense to offense, calling for new deep-dives into a cast of characters who started and fueled the lengthy Russia-conspiracy chase.

A day after Special Counsel Robert Mueller exonerated President Trump from claims that he colluded with Russia to win his election, his spokespersons, lawyers and partisan advocates blanketed the airwaves and the Internet with demands for Obama administration officials and Justice Department insiders to face their own scrutiny.

'If we're all serious about getting to the truth and not just scoring political points,' a senior White House official told DailyMail.com on Monday, 'you really have to be willing to investigate the investigators after something this far-reaching falls apart.'

TRUMP ADMINISTRATION SENDS LIST OF RUSSIAN COLLUSION LIARS TO TV PRODUCERS

The Trump administration has sent a memo to TV producers which contains a list of Russian collusion liars, advising networks to challenge individuals like Rep. Adam Schiff on their “false claims” in future.

It lists Sen. Richard Blumenthal, Rep. Adam Schiff, Rep. Jerrold Nadler, Rep. Eric Swalwell, DNC Chairman Tom Perez and former CIA director John Brennan.

Brit Hume says collusion story is the 'worst journalistic debacle' of his lifetime in scathing commentary

Brit Hume, the senior political analyst for Fox News, slammed the mainstream media for perpetrating the "worst journalistic debacle" of his lifetime, and their inability to learn anything from their actions.

He spoke to Brit Baier on Fox News Special Report Monday.
"If you think about it, Bret, this investigation actually goes back to about the middle of 2016, so it's been going on for quite a long time and this endless speculation about it and indeed the accusations about it that came out of many mouths on cable television and in the public prints, the list of people who got it wrong is really quite extensive," Hume said.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib Still Pushing For Trump Impeachment

Rep. Rashida Tlaib is reportedly still looking for co-sponsors and supporters for her resolution to investigate President Trump for impeachable offenses.

This, despite the fact that a summary of the Mueller investigation into Russian collusion exonerated Trump and his campaign from colluding with Russia to steal the 2016 election.

Tlaib is apparently still super-committed to her own words, in which she vowed to “impeach the motherf****r.”

In a letter to House Democrats, Tlaib pushed for lawmakers to create a commission that would “inquire whether President Trump committed impeachable offenses.”

“I, firmly, believe that the House Committee on Judiciary should seek out whether President Trump has committed ‘High crimes and Misdemeanors’ as designated by the U.S. Constitution and if the facts support those findings, that Congress begin impeachment proceedings,” Tlaib wrote.

Trump Administration’s Move to Gut Obamacare Raises Risks for 2020

The Trump administration is hardening its position against the Affordable Care Act and arguing now that the entire law is unconstitutional, a shift that promises to bring the issue to the forefront of the 2020 election campaign.

The position is a change for the Justice Department after it argued last year that swaths of the 2010 law -- but not all of it -- should be struck down in the case Texas brought against the government. It’s now on appeal after a lower court judge voided the law in a December ruling. The Justice Department now says that President Barack Obama’s signature legislative achievement should be wiped out.

Mueller Madness: The media pundits who got it most wrong

Special counsel Robert Mueller has definitively put to rest the collusion theory of President Trump’s election. That’s not a little embarrassing for the many journalists, talking heads, celebrities and instant experts who spent more than two years furiously speculating about Moscow “pee-pee” tapes, treasonous rendezvous and the president’s imminent arrest.

The president’s haters no doubt wish to memory-hole collusion and move on to the next anti-Trump theory. But not so fast: We want to laurel the punditry “champion” — the one who peddled the most nonsensical nonsense, the wildest inanities, the weirdest theories and unsubstantiated stories.

That’s where your brackets come in.

Our contenders are divided into four groups (not unlike NCAA conferences): the print journalists, the cable TV talkers, the Twitterati and the network news reporters and “analysts.” And the brackets are seeded, with the most visible and influential figures contending against the lesser-known.

Russiagate – A Bright, Shining Lie

"The Special Counsel’s investigation did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia … to influence the 2016 US presidential campaign."

So stated Attorney General William Barr in his Sunday letter to Congress summarizing the principal findings of the Mueller report.

On the charge of collusion with Russia, not guilty on all counts.

After two years of hearing from haters in politics and the media that President Donald Trump was "Putin’s poodle," an agent of the Kremlin, guilty of treason, an illegitimate president who would leave the White House in handcuffs and end his days in prison, we learn the truth.

It was all a bright, shining lie.

Reeling from Trump’s exoneration, big media are now scurrying to their fallback position: Mueller did not exonerate Trump of obstruction of justice.

But Mueller was not obstructed. No one impeded his labors.

FLASHBACK - Dossier-Tied Firm Pitches Reporters Daily on 'Collusion'

Key Democratic operatives and private investigators who tried to derail Donald Trump’s campaign by claiming he was a tool of the Kremlin have rebooted their operation since his election with a multimillion-dollar stealth campaign to persuade major media outlets and lawmakers that the president should be impeached.

The effort has successfully placed a series of questionable stories alleging secret back channels and meetings between Trump associates and Russian spies, while influencing related investigations and reports from Congress.

The operation’s nerve center is a Washington-based nonprofit called The Democracy Integrity Project, or TDIP. Among other activities, it pumps out daily “research” briefings to prominent Washington journalists, as well as congressional staffers, to keep the Russia “collusion” narrative alive.

Now We Will Find Out If Trump Is Really the President or Merely A Figurehead

What can we conclude from the utter and total failure of the Russiagate “investigation” to find any evidence of “Russian collusion”?

We can conclude that it was a hoax cooked up by an utterly corrupt and immoral military/security complex determined to protect its $1,000 billion annual budget and the power that goes with it from the loss of its Russian enemy to normalized relations.

We can conclude that Hillary’s DNC was partner to this crime and that scum like Jarrold Nadler and Adam Schiff have destroyed the reputation and credibility of the Democratic Party.

We can conclude that the US media is devoid of all integrity, morality, and truthfulness and has forever discredited itself as a source of objective and accurate information.

We can conclude that a corrupt military/security complex and Democratic Party were so determined to serve their own narrow self-interests that they were willing to subject the entirety of the world to a higher risk of nuclear war.

Trump’s North Korean Blunder

Last Thursday, for the first time since the second U.S.–North Korea summit in Hanoi, Vietnam, at the end of February, the U.S. Treasury Department announced new sanctions related to North Korea, designating two China-based shipping companies that had facilitated North Korean sanctions-evasion activities.

But a day later, President Donald Trump perplexed analysts by tweeting that he had ordered the U.S. Treasury Department to withdraw the “large scale Sanctions” that he said had been announced on March 22. No such sanctions had been announced that day; North Korea–watchers were left scratching their heads. Several news agencies ran stories suggesting that the president’s announcement pertained to the two Chinese entities that had been designated a day earlier, but that was hardly convincing as a “large scale” sanctions package.

2020 Democratic Candidates Silent In Wake Of Mueller Findings

Democrats running for president in 2020 would not answer questions regarding the results of special counsel Robert Mueller after multiple inquiries from The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Sarah Sanders and Kellyanne Conway Flatten the Media’s Collusion Obsession With Two Words

Team Trump has been, quite understandably, giddy ever since the President and his campaign were cleared of any wrongdoing in the Russia collusion investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller.

Nowhere was this more apparent than in a chance encounter between White House press secretary Sarah Sanders and counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway on Monday.

Sanders happened to pass by a press gaggle in which Conway was fielding questions from reporters about the Mueller investigation findings and the Justice Department’s summary.

Conway eviscerated the ‘journalists’ in her presence with just two words.

The press secretary burst into laughter at the wisecrack at the media’s expense.

Jeff Zucker: No Regrets on CNN’s Russia Hoax Coverage, ‘We Are Not Investigators’

CNN Worldwide president Jeff Zucker is pushing back against critics accusing the news network of being one of the chief propagators of a debunked Trump-Russia conspiracy theory after special counsel Robert Mueller cleared the president’s 2016 campaign of alleged collusion with the Kremlin.

In an interview with the New York Times, Zucker said he was “entirely comfortable” with CNN’s Trump-Russia coverage and suggested it was entirely appropriate to give near around-the-clock-coverage due to the story’s magnitude. “We are not investigators. We are journalists, and our role is to report the facts as we know them, which is exactly what we did,” the CNN chief wrote in an email. “A sitting president’s own Justice Department investigated his campaign for collusion with a hostile nation. That’s not enormous because the media says so. That’s enormous because it’s unprecedented.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

That's odd. When I took a journalism class in college we were told that we WERE investigators. So, okay, maybe CNN under Zucker weren't investigators, but it doesn't change the fact they were flat out WRONG!!!!!!

Emboldened: Trump's presidency enters new era

Donald Trump now has a chance to recast the story of his presidency.

Just as he did on election night in 2016, the President has won a victory over the conventional wisdom of his critics, this time after special counsel Robert Mueller found there was no evidence that Trump had conspired with a hostile foreign nation -- Russia -- to win power.

The finding, delivered in a summary of the Mueller report by Attorney General William Barr, means Trump can finally try to move on from an intrigue that strangled his presidency from the start.

The report offered personal vindication to Trump and a powerful new political weapon to fire at his critics in the Democratic Party and the media at the start of his re-election campaign.

But the Democratic victory in November's midterm elections will guarantee that the report is not the final word, as it might have been if the Republican still had a monopoly on power in Washington.

ADC’s Statement on the Occupied Syrian Golan Heights

The unprecedented decision by the Trump Administration to formally recognize Israel’s unjust claim to the occupied Syrian Golan Heights is troubling, deeply concerning, and goes against international law. Israel expelled 130,000 Syrians from the Golan Heights in 1967, under cover of the Six Day War, and then annexed the territory 14 years later – in violation of international law. A small population of Syrian Druze are the only survivors of that ethnic cleansing operation.

Trump Campaign Fighting Back: ‘Now It’s Time to Investigate Democrats’

The Trump campaign is turning the tables on the Russian collusion hoax, sending out a text message fundraising campaign that warns “Now It’s time to INVESTIGATE THEM!”

Following a report of special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation which showed no evidence of collusion between Russia and members of Trump’s team, the campaign is taking advantage of the news by introducing a massive fundraising effort.

What they will use those funds for is piquing everybody’s interest.

The campaign promises a ‘quadruple match’ of donations and suggests they’ll be using monies to investigate those who perpetrated the collusion hoax.

FLASHBACK12 Mar, 2019 : THE TRUMP DOCTRINE

Trump Doctrine? Peeving allies & trashing US empire

As with all US presidents, the incumbent will one day be assigned a “Trump Doctrine” – a grandiose title meant to encapsulate a key feature of foreign policy during his tenure at the White House.
The foreign policy wonks haven’t yet come up with a defining policy feature for a Trump Doctrine. But we may suggest the following: scoring own goals to unwittingly alienate allies and undermine US global power.

Trump’s presidency stands out for the rapidity with which supposed allies have become leery of, if not outright peeved by, American power. That, in turn, has served to erode Washington’s global standing as a presumed leader.

The latest own goal is Trump’s plan to ramp up demands for allies to pay the cost of hosting US troops on their territories>>>

It Was All a Lie

The short version? Mueller is done. His report unambiguously states there was no collusion or obstruction. He was allowed to follow every lead unfettered in an investigation of breathtaking depth.

It cannot be clearer. The report summary states, “The Special Counsel’s investigation did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia in its efforts to influence the 2016 US Presidential Election…the report does not recommend any further indictments, nor did the Special Counsel obtain any sealed indictments that have yet to be made public.”

Robert Mueller did not charge any Americans with collusion, coordination, or criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia. The special counsel also considered whether members of the Trump campaign “coordinated,” a much lower standard defined as an “agreement, tacit or express,” with Russian election interference activities. They did not.

AIPAC Is Coming to Town - Again!

The Trump Administration has delivered yet another concession to Israel’s embattled Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the eve of parliamentary elections: the Israeli military occupation of much of the Palestinian West Bank and of the Golan Heights will no longer be referred to in official U.S. government documents as an occupation. America’s so-called Ambassador to Israel is a former Trump lawyer named David Friedman who is more involved in serving Israel than the United States. He personally supports the view that the illegal Jewish settlements are legitimately part of Israel, choosing to ignore their growth even though it has long been U.S. policy to oppose them. He has also long sought to change the State Department’s language on the Israeli control of the West Bank and Golan Heights, being particularly concerned about the expression “occupied,” which has legal implications. Now he appears to have won that fight, to the delight of the Netanyahu government.

Now for Confrontation in Space

Which leads us to General “Fighting Joe” Dunford, who at his Senate hearing for appointment as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said “my assessment today, Senator, is that Russia presents the greatest threat to our national security.” In October 2018 he reiterated that “the Russian challenge is not isolated to the plains of Europe. It is a global one” requiring the armed forces of the United States “to be able to project power to an area... and then once we’re there we’ve got to be able to freely manoeuvre across all domains... sea, air, land, space, and cyberspace.”

Naturally he didn’t mention that at the very time he uttered his confrontational challenges there was close cooperation in air, land and space between the US and Russia whose astronauts were “able to freely manoeuvre” in harmony, adding to world knowledge and engendering trust by jointly conducting research projects in the International Space Station.

US President Donald Trump came out all guns blazing against his critics after an investigation into charges of colluding with Russians during the presidential campaign appeared to give him a clean chit.
Findings of special counsel Robert Mueller were submitted to the US Congress in which it was reportedly mentioned that Trump or his associated did not conspire with the Russians to influence the 2016 presidential election.

Rocket Hits Central Israel; Army Blames Hamas, Readies Mass Deployment

Seven Wounded After Gaza Rocket Hits House in Central Israel
Thousands of reservists to be called up Army says rocket was fired from Hamas position Netanyahu cuts short Washington visit, vows forceful response

Seven people were wounded Monday in the early morning after a house in central Israel was hit by a rocket fired from the Gaza Strip, prompting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to cut short his visit to Washington and return to Israel.

The Israel Defense Forces said that the rocket, which struck a home in the community of Mishmeret, was fired from a Hamas position in the area of Rafah in the southern Strip, some 120 kilometers from where it hit. The IDF said the rocket was manufactured by the group.

Hamas rocket rains on Netanyahu's victory parade

Analysis Hamas Rocket Rains on Netanyahu’s Victory Parade With Trump
The electoral asset of the prime minister’s sterling ties to a president reborn after the Mueller report are outweighed by perceptions that he is soft on the Gaza group

***
Netanyahu was eagerly expecting to bask in the glow of Trump’s triumph. Not only would he showcase his extraordinarily close ties to the U.S. president, he could expect wavering voters to draw the proper analogy between Netanyahu’s legal affairs and Trump’s onslaught against the “witch hunt” he claims is after him.

The rocket that destroyed a home in the central Israel community of Mishmeret, however, upended Netanyahu’s calculations. Trump, he realized, was no longer in his voters’ spotlight.

Security flare-ups, especially those stemming from terrorist groups such as Hamas, are normally expected to benefit the right. The attacks stir nationalist sentiments, allow right-wing leaders such as Netanyahu to run wild with belligerent rhetoric, and cast their center-left opponents as weakling appeasers.

Netanyahu, however, has been in power too long>>>

Israel begins construction of new Gaza barrier

Six-metre tall fence will prevent Palestinians from infiltrating Israel from the Gaza Strip, prime minister says.

Israel has said the work to strengthen its fence along the Gaza Strip entered a new phase with construction starting on a massive new barrier along the frontier.

"Over the weekend we began building the above-ground barrier along the Gaza border," Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told journalists on Sunday before a weekly cabinet meeting.

The barrier, set to stand six metres off the ground, will be constructed on the pretext of preventing the infiltration of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip into Israel, Netanyahu said.

The Israeli prime minister gave no further details but a defence ministry statement said the work on the structure began on Thursday.

More 2020 Election Optimism for POTUS Trump as Military-backed party takes lead in Thailand elections

Thailand's election commission says it will announce full results of long-delayed pols on Monday.

With about 90 percent of ballots in Sunday's long-delayed polls counted, the Palang Pracharat party had seven million votes. Pheu Thai, the party linked to the former Prime Minister and exiled tycoon Thaksin Shinawatra, had 6.6 million.

US Recognizing Israel’s Golan Claim is ‘Election Gift’ from Trump to Netanyahu

On Thursday, US President Donald Trump announced he would recognize Israel’s claim to sovereignty over the Golan Heights. For 52 years, no US leader has gone against United Nations resolutions regarding Israel’s occupation to be illegal. A peace activist told Sputnik Friday it was a cynical political ploy by Washington.

The declaration shocked both friends and enemies alike, as despite the close US-Israeli friendship, Washington has never challenged the United Nations' resolutions denouncing Israeli occupation of the region, which sits north of the Sea of Galilee and was taken from Syria by force in 1967. Thursday, it became the first country to recognize Israel's claim.

Mueller Report: 'US Forced EU to Follow Through on Sanctions Without Proof'

I think for many it is an anticlimax, absolutely. There's so much invested here. Two plus years, millions of dollars, political capital on both sides, and you've got people who have lost their livelihoods. A lot of the people that were brought in, their names exposed, their reputations were damaged. We've got the six people that have been charged [for] things that happened ten years ago; some are financially ruined now; some will spend time in jail for lying to Congress or lying to the FBI over minor financial things that may have gone unnoticed without this.

You look at the other side too, and we've got damage to international relations, not just with Russia, where what has occurred is just outrageous, but also Europe. I mean we forced Europe to follow through on sanctions that there's no evidence for. They've lost business as a result of that, so I'm sure the Europeans will be quite interested in seeing more and learning more about what's coming out of this as well.

Trump’s Golan Heights Move Broadly Condemned Worldwide

President Trump’s recognition of the 1981 Israeli annexation of the Golan Heights has been cheered by Israel’s government, which sees it as a big political win. Everywhere else, however, the reactions are just condemnations of the illegality or the ill-considered implications of the move.

Russia and France were both very clear that the US move amounts to a violation of international law, since Golan is sitll recognized internationally as part of Syria. Britain confirmed that Golan is occupied, and only said that they have no intention of following the US lead. EU officials also say the union-wide stance will not change.

The Druze minority that lives in occupied Golan was critical of the move, saying that even with Israel, and now the US, considering the Golan Heights to be part of Israel, would still be considered to have “Syrian” blood under Israeli law.

Another Trump gift to Israel: ending taboo on official visits to Western Wall

Foreign VIPs used to insist no Israeli officials escort them to site, lest they be seen as tacitly recognizing Israeli sovereignty there. Now, the US is not alone in flouting rule — On May 22, 2017, Donald Trump became the first sitting US president to visit the Western Wall. “Words fail to capture the experience,” he said a few hours later. “It will leave an impression on me forever.” The historic visit took place several months before Trump formally recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, and, following what was standard diplomatic protocol at the time — and, to some degree, still is — the stopover at the Wall was billed as “private.” … In recent months, more foreign dignitaries than ever before have visited the Jewish holy site, and many of them no longer mind being chaperoned there by Israeli diplomats.

Such A Deal: US Embassy in Iraq Hosting Washington-Tel Aviv Operations Room against Region

A prominent Iraqi security expert revealed intensifying US pressures on Baghdad to avoid approving a bill that envisages expulsion of foreign forces, saying that the American embassy in Iraq is acting as the US-Israeli operations room against the region.
Abbas al-Ardawi was quoted by the Arabic-language al-Ma'alomeh news website as saying on Monday that the US administration is exerting pressures on Baghdad and killing time to prolong its deployment in Iraq.

He added that relocation of terrorists from the town of Baqouz in Eastern Syria to the US bases in Iraq is aimed at security tensions in the country and finding a pretext for continued deployment of American forces, noting that the Iraqi parliamentarians certainly want expulsion of all US forces from the country as soon as possible given the fact that the Iraqi army is fully prepared to fight against the terrorist groups.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The corporate media (yes, even FOX) are pushing the line that just because Mueller didn't find any evidence of collusion between Trump and Russia doesn't mean it did not happen. Logically, they are correct; you cannot prove a negative.

That being said, in our system one is presumed innocent until proof is provided beyond a reasonable doubt. Since this debacle began, the corporate media and Democrats have returned to code Napoleon; presuming Trump guilty and demanding he prove he is innocent.

I have to wonder if the current spin on the Mueller report, that it does not exonerate the President, is because of their hate of him, or more about trying to save face after being proven wrong all these months.

World countries blast US on Golan, Syria vows to liberate Israeli occupied territory

The Arab League, Russia, Iran, Turkey and Iraq have strongly warned the US after President Donald Trump declared Thursday that he will recognize Syria's Golan Heights as Israeli territory.

The strategic highlands have been under the Israeli occupation since 1967, but Trump's abrupt declaration on Friday, a day after US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's visit to Israel, brings the dispute to a boiling point.

Iraq became the latest country to condemn Trump's statement, with the Iraqi foreign ministry saying on Twitter on Saturday that the US plan "contravenes international law."

Syria, which declared last month that it was ready to go to another war with Israel for the Golan, condemned Trump's pledge in a statement issued by its Foreign Ministry on Friday.

"The American position towards Syria's occupied Golan Heights clearly reflects the United States' contempt for international legitimacy and its flagrant violation of international law," it said.
