Mihevc wants apartments to cut back on heat

Citing concerns over global warming, Mihevc is asking the city's licensing and standards committee to review when city landlords are legally required to turn the heat on.

Webmaster's Commentary: 

So ... when it is cold enough to need the heat, leave the heat off because the world is getting warmer.

I hope this idiot is not allowed to operate motor vehicles.
