The RTCC's entry on the "Stupid List" is, The Arab Spring. Yep that's right, Global Warming was a contributing factor to the unrest in the Middle East that caused the overthrow of governments. As Dr. Jeffrey Mazo wrote:

How could climate change have had any – let alone a significant or meaningful – impact on the Arab spring?

Please don't hold what this guy says against me because we have the same first name. According to Mazo, Climate Change didn't cause the unrest all on its own, but made it more likely to happen.
